💰 Payments
- A deposit or full payment is required before I start work (depending on our agreement).
- Invoices are due within 7 days.
- Extra costs may apply for PayPal or other international payments.
- Prices exclude VAT (added where applicable).
📌 Services
I offer:
- Video editing & creative content
- Social media management
- Google Business Profile & Google website setup/management
- Graphic design & creative consultation
Services can be project-based, monthly, or retainer-based, depending on what we agree on.
✅ Approvals
- I’ll share drafts for feedback (via email, WhatsApp, or Trello).
- Once approved, extra changes may carry an additional fee.
- Changes after publishing or delivery will also be billed.
⚖️ Ownership
- You own the final content once full payment is made.
- I may showcase completed work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
- Stock images, licensed music, and templates remain the property of the original creators.
- Google accounts, domains, and hosting remain under your ownership — I simply set them up or manage them for you.
🔄 Revisions
- Each project includes a set number of revisions (normally 3).
- Extra revisions or big changes to the original brief may be billed separately.
👩💻 Your Role
- Please send me all the assets I need (logos, media, text, logins, etc.) on time.
- Delays in receiving assets may affect deadlines.
- You remain responsible for your accounts (Google, social media, domains, hosting).
📩 Communication
- I prefer email, WhatsApp, or Trello for updates.
- Please reply within 3–5 working days to keep projects on track.
- Long delays may cause work to pause.
🤝 Confidentiality
We both agree to keep sensitive information private.
💸 Late Payments
- Late payments may cause project delays and could include a fee.
- Work may pause until invoices are paid.
❌ Cancelling Services
- Either of us can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
- Work already done must still be paid for.
- No refunds for completed work.
🌍 Uncontrollable Events
Sometimes things happen outside of anyone’s control (e.g., outages, platform changes, or natural disasters). In those cases, delays may occur.
💳 Refunds
No refunds for delivered work.
- If a prepaid project hasn’t started, I may consider a partial refund.
- Discounts don’t carry over if services are paused or cancelled.
🎁 Discounts & Offers
- Discounts and special offers only apply while services are active.
- If services stop, standard pricing will apply when restarting.
