💰 Payments
- A deposit or full payment is required before any work begins (depending on our agreement).
- Invoices are due within 7 days.
- Additional fees may apply for PayPal or international payments.
- All prices exclude VAT (added where applicable).
- Monthly services are billed in advance.
📌 Services
I offer:
- Digital video creation & editing
- Animated intros, scroll‑stoppers & avatar clips
- Google Business Profile setup & Google Site creation/management
- Branding, logo design & creative consultation
- Social media content support (setup, scheduling, captions)
Services may be project‑based, monthly, or retainer‑based, depending on what we agree on.
✅ Approvals
- Drafts will be shared for feedback via email, WhatsApp, or Trello.
- Once a draft is approved, any additional changes may carry an extra fee.
- Changes requested after publishing or final delivery will be billed separately.
⚖️ Ownership
- You own the final delivered content once full payment is made.
- I may showcase completed work in my portfolio or marketing unless we agree otherwise.
- Stock images, licensed music, fonts, and templates remain the property of their original creators.
- Google accounts, domains, hosting, and social media accounts remain your ownership — I only set them up or manage them for you.
🔄 Revisions
- Each project includes a set number of revisions (normally 3 unless stated otherwise).
- Extra revisions or major changes to the original brief may be billed separately.
- Revision rounds do not include new concepts or full redesigns unless agreed upon.
👩💻 Your Role
- Please send all required assets (logos, media, text, logins, etc.) on time.
- Delays in receiving assets may affect timelines.
- You remain responsible for your own accounts (Google, social media, domains, hosting).
📩 Communication
- Preferred communication: Email, WhatsApp, or Trello.
- Please respond within 3–5 working days to keep projects on track.
- Long delays may cause work to pause or deadlines to shift.
🤝 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information private and not share it with third parties.
💸 Late Payments
- Late payments may delay the project and may include a late fee.
- Work may pause until outstanding invoices are paid.
❌ Cancelling Services
- Either party may cancel with 30 days’ notice.
- Work already completed must still be paid for.
- No refunds for completed or delivered work.
🌍 Uncontrollable Events
Delays may occur due to events outside of anyone’s control (e.g., outages, platform changes, technical issues, or natural disasters). In such cases, timelines may shift.
💳 Refunds
- No refunds for completed or delivered work.
- If a prepaid project has not started, a partial refund may be considered.
- Discounts do not carry over if services are paused or cancelled.
🎁 Discounts & Offers
- Discounts and promotions only apply while services are active.
- If services stop, standard pricing applies when restarting.
